Date Night with the Kids.

At least once a month we try to take the kids out to do something. Saturday we took the kids to Dinner at Fazolis and then to Cherry Hills to play miniature golf. The kids have never played and had so much fun. Surprisingly they were really good.

After our game we took the kids for ice cream and drove around and showed the kids all the places we use to live. They were so interested in seeing and listening to our story before they were born. We had so much fun spending this time with the kids. We get caught up in our everyday lives its so nice to take a step away from home and do fun stuff with the kids!

24th of July

Here in Utah the 24th of July almost seems like a bigger holiday than the 4th. We had a fun day. In the morning everyone met at IHop for breakfast. Then we went to the Bountiful Carnival. The kids and Jaime had fun playing in the park and on all the toys.

After spending a few hours at the park we went to Grammys house to swim.

Camping Trip

This weekend we took a much needed family camping trip to Lava Hot Springs. We enjoyed relaxing, swimming, campfires, smores and family time. Jaime's brothers and my sister in law joined us and we had a super fun time!

The first night we made smores and if anyone knows if you have marshmallows around you have to play Fluffy Bunny. Jaime and Carson had their go at it. Its not the best video but its pretty funny!

Carson's Summer Buzz

Carson has been begging me since summer started to buzz his hair. Well I finally got sick of his begging so he got his summer BUZZ!!I'm not a big fan, but he wanted it! I just hope it grows back to normal before school starts!!

Work trip turned into a small vacation

I feel very lucky to be able to have a job that lets me travel. Especially when I get to go to amazing places that I probably wouldn't go to.

A couple of weekends ago Rusty Pickle had a show in Chantilly Virgina. We Worked all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
We had a good show but come Sunday we were ready to play!!

Sunday we spent the day in Baltimore Maryland. Everyone said that Inner Harbor was the place to go so we checked it out. All it really is, is a tourist trap for 2 gals like us! But we had fun anyway. It was full of old buildings, pebble stone roads, and beautiful water.







Sunday we spent the day in Washington DC where I had such a wonderful experience. Visiting the city was amazing and again I realized how Lucky I was to be able to live and raise my family in this country.
