Our Christmas

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. On Christmas Eve we went up to my Grammy's house. We always have pizza for dinner and everyone reads a Christmas book. After that we came home and the kids opened up there new Christmas jammies.

Then it was off to bed for Santa to come. Abbi had a hard time going to sleep, I think she was so excited that she made her tummy upset. Finally it took me to sit down with her for 10 minutes and rock her to sleep. Carson got up once but finally settled down.

Christmas morning the kids woke us up at 8:30. It was nice to be able to sleep in a little. The kids were so excited about all the fun things Santa brought. We had a good Christmas.

Trip on the Polar Express

Last night we surprised the kids and took them on the Polar Express to the North Pole. We told them we were going to the mountains to build a snowman. We pulled into the train station and we told them we were lost and that we should go in the station to find out where we were. As we walked by the train they kept asking "are we going to get on a train?" I just said "Do you want to? " After a couple of times of them asking I said "OK lets get on!" Carson and Abbi were so excited as we boarded the Polar Express.

On our trip to the North Pole they served Hot Chocolate and Cookies, Read the book Polar Express, and had a Christmas Carol sing along. The best part of the trip was seeing Mr. and Mrs Clause. First the kids saw Mrs. Clause and thought that was pretty neat. Abbi said " I never seen her before" Then Santa came into our train car. All the kids on the train shouted SANTA and were all so excited. Santa gave all the kids a sleigh bell from the reindeer's harness and talked to each one of them.

If you haven't been you should take your kids at least once.

BRRRR Its Snowing!

The kids were so excited to bundle up and go play in the snow. They rode the sled down our back porch stairs, made snow angels, and threw snowballs. When Abbi came in she said that she was as cold as the snow outside. Its to cold for me, I had to watch out the window all bundled up in a blanket.

Happy Birthday Carson!

I can't believe that you are already 9 years old. You have grown so fast, it seems like not to long ago we brought you into this world on a snowy Thursday night. I didn't feel you move all night the night before you were born and all morning. I called Dr. Farley and he asked me to come in so they could check on you. Mom left work thinking I would just come back, go in for a routine checkup. Little did I know that after the ultrasound everything looked good, but Dr. Farley wanted to bring you into this world. Mom was so scared and excited at the same time. Dad meet me at LDS hospital because mom was in such a hurry I didn't want to wait for Dad to come home and get me. On December 2, 1999 Carson Dean Weaver was born at 10:23pm weighing in at 8lbs 3oz 21in long. We are so grateful to have you as our son. You are growing up to be such a wonderful young man. We love you so much! Hope you have a Wonderful Birthday. Love, Mom, Dad, and Abbi

November in Review

I can't believe its December already. Not alot has happened in November for us. Jaime and I are just working hard at our jobs and raising 2 adventurous children. Carson is enjoying school, and his friends. I went to his parent teacher confrences a couple of weeks ago and his teachers had nothing but good things to say about him. We are so proud of him. Abbi is enjoying playing at her friends house, hanging out with Great Grama and Grampa Weaver, and occasionally going to work with mom. Abbi had her Christmas Dance recitle last week and she danced her little heart out. She starts this week in a new class and new teacher and is super excited about it. I am so Thankful for my husband and kids, they are the world to me.

We traveled to Idaho to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Dad and Peni, Mom, Allison and her family, Amy and her family, Mike, Kevin, Danielle, Lauren, Aaron, Christian, and all the grandkids. It was so nice to have all of us together. (Alexis and Ashley we missed you!) I asked my kids what they were thankful for this year and Abbi said her family, bunny and her bed, Carson said his family, friends, and his PSP. Here are a few pictures of our Thanksgiving. We enjoyed spending time with the family.

On Friday we took all the kids bowling, they had so much fun.

That night after spending the day with the kids my sisters and I went and saw Twilight. Don't know what to say other than its such a good movie, and if you haven't gone to see it you should.

We had a good November and looking forward to December and Christmas.
